Improve EditorConfig file

Changes:
- Fix invalid EditorConfig globs
- Remove unecessary ** in .editorconfig
- Trim trailing whitespace from .editorconfig
- Remove Sublime-specific comment
- Remove Makefile rule from EditorConfig file
- Apply tab indentation to all files
- Add Dockerfile and Procfile rule to .editorconfig
