c4dee747e3 Put default for xsrf environment key 
Otherwise the python script scmhooks.py fails, because the environment
access with a missing key raises an error.

94add329eb Remove wait time for leak preventor 
This is no longer necessary due to the new SimpleClassLoaderLifeCycle,
that is configured in the jetty startup for integration tests in the
poms of scm-webapp and scm-it.
