Toshi MARUYAMA fe566992f0 scm: use ActionView::TestCase instead of HelperTestCase at repository_helper_test.rb.

ActionView::Helpers::ActiveRecordHelper at test/helper_testcase.rb
does not exist on Rails 3.0.
