Toshi MARUYAMA f093d591f1 Merged r17062 from trunk to 3.4-stable (#27516 )

mercurial: work around faulty parsing of early command options

Use -sVALUE and --long=VALUE instead of "-s VALUE" and "--long VALUE"
respectively.
