usmannasir 4650fa2623 Add verification and retry logic for lssetup configuration ...

- Verify lscgctl works after running lssetup
- Retry with more slices (-c 10) if first attempt fails
- Add detailed logging to debug setup issues
- Add time.sleep() to give lssetup time to initialize
- Provide clear error messages if setup fails
