update OLS module to v2.2.0 with progressive throttle

Browse Source 
- Update module checksums for all platforms (rhel8, rhel9, ubuntu)
- Simplify module URLs to cyberpanel_ols.so
- Fixed BruteForceAllowedAttempts parsing
- Implemented progressive throttle (2s/5s/15s delays)
