Eduard Heimbuch 3ec499d22c Authentication metrics (#1595)
Expose metrics about:

- User login attempts
- Failed user logins
- User logouts
- General successful accesses to SCM-Manager via any authentication realm
- General failed accesses to SCM-Manager
