internal: move packages under this directory (#5836)

* Rename pkg -> internal

* Rename routes -> route

* Move route -> internal/route

* Rename models -> db

* Move db -> internal/db

* Fix route2 -> route

* Move cmd -> internal/cmd

* Bump version
