+# What is CyberPanel? #
+
+CyberPanel is a control panel used for managing VPS and dedicated servers. It is targeted towards advanced consumers, not computer experts, who want to harness powerful servers to host web-based services using a graphical interface rather than the underlying operating system's command line. It is open source under the ___ license, meaning it is free of charge.
