usmannasir 6b999e5c8b Fix RHEL 9 binary filenames to match server structure ...

RHEL 9 binaries use '-rhel' suffix instead of '-rhel9':
- openlitespeed-phpconfig-x86_64-rhel (not rhel9)
- cyberpanel_ols_x86_64_rhel.so (not rhel9.so)

Updated URLs in install and upgrade modules to use correct filenames.
