bbcfec196d fix: LPMA launch routes in secMiddleware; strict sign-on + lpma_policy_read
- secMiddleware: allow Limited phpMyAdmin launch URLs and phpmyadminsignin
  without JSON-body filtering that breaks sign-on POSTs
- plogical/public phpmyadminsignin: lpma_policy_read.inc.php, strict cookie helpers
- webmail: section header comments only

- index.html: notification dropdown scroll (list max-height, flex min-height:0), button min-width and contrast, dark text on white for dark mode visibility
- cyberpanel.sh, cyberpanel_upgrade.sh, preUpgrade.sh: default install/upgrade URLs to usmannasir/cyberpanel (keep -r/--repo for fork)
- databases/plogical: AutoLogin, views, phpmyadminsignin updates

493c40543d Fix phpMyAdmin signin to handle both GET and POST parameters
- Updated phpmyadminsignin.php to accept token and username via both GET and POST
- Fixes issue where phpMyAdmin access fails when accessed with GET parameters
- Maintains backward compatibility with existing POST-based authentication
- Resolves 404 error when accessing phpMyAdmin via CyberPanel interface

408296c51b Fix phpMyAdmin access issue for authenticated users
- Removed session validation check from phpmyadminsignin.php
- Removed PhpMyAdminAccessMiddleware from settings.py
- These changes were preventing access to phpMyAdmin even for logged-in users
- Reverts problematic authentication flow that was blocking legitimate access

1f3d5afe6a Add PhpMyAdmin access middleware and session check for user authentication
- Updated settings.py to include PhpMyAdminAccessMiddleware for enhanced access control.
- Modified phpmyadminsignin.php to check user session and redirect to the login page if not authenticated.
