10cd5abef7 lowercase the username input for emailaddy 
lowercase the username input so the email address is valid for dovecot mail delivery. Fix confirmed bug referenced:

77175396ba Update csf.py 
Update packages required and disable the UI workaround since CSF now natively supports cyberpanel as a plugin.

13.08 - Added official CyberPanel integration and CyberPanel panel specific
        configuration (only tested on CentOS v7)

11abd2d01e Setup Hostname SSL to work for OLS LS admin 
This modification should make things more user-friendly and upon hostname SSL install it will setup OLS LS Admin SSL with the signed SSL via symlinks.

fix error on Ubuntu where regex replaces all Iptables lines

*Error* The path to iptables is either not set or incorrect for IPTABLES [] in /etc/csf/csf.conf at /usr/local/csf/lib/ConfigServer/Sanity.pm line 36.
